These are the terms for the Vince Systems website system and the Local SEO Course. Buying either means you agree to them.
The website system
You pay a one-time build fee and a monthly fee. The build fee covers design, city pages, the admin, the AI writer setup and one handoff session. The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates and AI writer credits for a normal volume of posts. It does not include ranking work, ad management or ongoing SEO services.
You own your domain and your content. If you stop paying the monthly fee, hosting ends after 30 days and we hand you an export of your content. We do not hold domains hostage.
We keep one build per metro area unless we agree otherwise in writing. Ask before you buy if you are unsure.
The course
Access is for you and your business, not for resale or sharing. Lessons are ours; your notes are yours. Access is lifetime for the version you bought, and we may add or reorder lessons over time.
Guarantee and refunds
The Built and live in 14 days, or you don't pay: Your site, city pages, Google profile, AI writer loaded with your brand and prices, review automation and tracking, installed and working within 14 days of kickoff. If it isn't, no charge. Then do your part for 90 days (publish the drafted posts, keep Paige running, claim the 5 owner-only listings, answer your leads) and if you're not on Google's first page for your core searches by day 180, we work on it with you, free, until you are. A “customer inquiry” means a real call, text or form submission from a prospect through the site. Course-only purchases can be refunded within 3 days of purchase, and only if you have watched less than 20 percent of the lessons. Once you pass that point the course is not refundable, because the material is yours the moment you watch it.
No income promises
We show examples and real numbers to help you decide. None of it is a promise that you will earn any particular amount. Results depend on your work, your market and your prices.
Liability
Our total liability for anything connected to the website system or the course is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
